I prepare each meal prep from fresh ingredients, all from scratch, all by hand. Our work week is when convenience usually wins the battle of “what do I eat today”.  Meal prep menus are set and substitutions/changes are unavailable for each menu option.

Pickups are every Sunday in Clarksville and Nashville. Delivery is also available for a fee and and can be requested and paid for once you receive your confirmation message.

*You Must Call or Text Your Order in by 7:00pm each Friday* any orders submitted after 7:00pm on Fridays will be processed the following Sunday after.
